To shoot RAW with your Sony PXW-FS5 you need the CBKZ-FS5RIF (Sony FS RAW Output Upgrade License for PXW-FS5), the FS5 need to be on at least formware 2.0 – when writing this (feb2018) the latest firmware was FW4.02 – you can find the latest firmware here....
