At IBC 2017 I met up with Alex Timelapse, a cool timelapser and cinematographer from Hong Kong.
Check out this video of Alex at the IBC 2017 show, explaining why the Gudsen Moza Air is his favorite gimbal for cinematography and timelapse.
I have received the Moza Air for a review and so far I’m pretty impressed. Havent worked a whole lot with it but my initial thoughts are:
- it’s easy to set up
- impressive mimic function
- great app
- timelapse function
- great dual handle and good battery life.
- light and easy to carry
- price is great

The Moza Air works with a range of different lenses and the price is RIGHT. 599,- USD including the case but without the remote, which is extra.
It now comes with a quick release system, which other gimbals lack. This makes it a whole lot easier to mount the camera and get started.
The app has a whole lot of functions including quick calibration and the timelapse part which is very easy to use.
